It’s all about this: right is right, even if the world thinks its wrong … and wrong is wrong … even if the world thinks its right. I can already hear my critics, ‘but Bill, then what you say is right is TRUTH … and when others disagree they are wrong?’. That is not what I am saying. I am saying that there are universal rights and universal wrongs … and there are universal TRUTHS. Nothing can emphasize this more that the problem we have with pedophiles. I have watched with candid horror the stories of little girls and boys kidnaped and raped, then most of them murdered … while our system pretends it doesn’t know why. Why, is so simple in so many cases … why … is because organizations like the ACLU, Circuit Courts, like the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco, and the National Man Boy Love Association (NMBLA advocates sex between men and boys) … all radical left liberals with very ‘deep pockets’ … decide it will be that way. They are backed by power brokers such as billionaire leftist money man, George Soros, who has the money to ‘make it so’. They merely threaten to sue everybody in site, and even if they loose, they bankrupt poorly funded organizations i.e. school systems … or they hone in on a particular group like the Boy Scouts of America and keep them off of public property because they refuse to bend the knee to their ‘new morality’. The ACLU has actually defended groups like NMBLA. So they chip away with that old biblical quandary … the ‘letter of the law’ and slowly legal arguments are changed to judicial rulings. Rulings seem always on the side of exceptions, known as technicalities, and changes meant by the Founders to necessitate Constitutional Amendments slowly have become the law of the land. Thus, we have become a land ruled by exceptions, rather than rules.
Punishing violent sex offenders who rape and kill children is not only the ‘right’ thing to do, it is the sane thing to do. Sooner or later America must understand what the late Bishop Fulton Sheen warned of in the 1930′s (my paraphrase): ‘TRUTH is not a dam that walls up the rivers of free thinkers, it is the breakwater that prevents an overflow into insanity’. Since pedophiles fall into that rare category experts call unredeemable … and since the primary function of any government is to protect its citizens … we must conclude that America’s children have fallen prey to these predators long enough. It can be called nothing more than callousness that politicians have not stepped in the gap before this … one can only conclude that this is because children are powerless, unable to vote.
Here are the facts … here is the ‘right’ … ‘even though the world and some liberal judges, thinks it is wrong’. We have DNA testing in today’s society so we can be 99.9% certain of guilt in sexually explicit violent crimes. When a child is attacked that person, the pedofile, will never be able to overcome his/her quandary. Therefore, reason demands that when DNA evidence is present, these sexual predators be locked away. It is as simple as changing the sentencing guidelines … one strike and you are out … or ‘in’ … as it may be … in for life without parole. Yet our society views these crimes as ‘not serious enough’ … so we allow these vultures free, and as in Florida, on their own reconnaissance … until they attack again. When they attack it almost always involves another little person who has done nothing wrong but tempt these fiends by their helplessness. So we ignore the problem because power brokers dictate their brand of society to our courts via the ACLU. These ultra rich autocratics are insulated from the very predators they free. They are sheltered from the chaos they cause with walled homes secured by armed guards, and in effect tell us to ‘go and eat cake’. They, in no small part, are responsible for the wrongs committed against America’s youth. They regally exclaim the ‘letter of the law’ as if their explanation will keep our families safe. As they pontificate from on high ‘we the people’ stand by and watch as they tear down our Judeo-Christian foundation and then wonder why our children are no longer safe. Thus, the keepers of the asylum isolate themselves from the dirge of their innocent victims as they plot their next move in the ‘take over’ of America. They refuse to contemplate the effect of allowing predators ‘just one more chance’. Rape is wrong. Murder is wrong. Kidnaping is wrong … and those wrongs are especially grave when perpetrated on defenseless youth.
America has a decision to make. Will we allow the TRUTH to prevail, or will TRUTH be altered as popularity demands? The left’s inane infatuation with ‘due process’ and their insane interpretation of the 1st Amendment is bankrupt. We have been imprisoned by it long enough. They have captured the courts and media with their ideology as if they have a point … they don’t, these dead children do … and they are screaming from their graves for not only justice, but more importantly prevention.
