Man Induced Global Warming a Hoax…
I guess the very first time my god was challenged was about 1973. My Dad had recovered from a serious heart attack and claimed he had a vision of Jesus.
“Yea, right,” said his scientific son steeped in humanism, “Like that could happen.” So Dad became what we called in the seventies, a ‘Jesus Freak’, while the second son of a second son, of a second son, carried on in his ivory tower, much to erudite to stoop to the ignorance of ‘faith’. Yet, I simply could not get him to stop. He would find a way to work Jesus into every conversation, every encounter.
My mother-in-law, almost simultaneously had the same experience and, little did we know, but she had led my two oldest sons to Christ. This ‘faith’ which was to guarantee them everlasting life, was so, well it was just too simple for me. And after all these kids were kids, and they also believed in Superman and Spiderman, so how could it hurt?
“Well”, said the erudite as his second son attempted to witness to him, “one thing stands in my way of belief… science.” I tried to explain it to my second son, you figure the generation, “after all, if I was to embrace the faith my family was being drawn to I had to renounce evolution, and, after all, everybody knew evolution was truth, factual, an absolute… I mean it was science. Even the Pope declared it so.”
Then a funny thing happened on the way to maturity, that second son gave me a simple bible tract, I think it was a comic from ‘Chick Publication’ and it challenged everything evolutionary. I made a wager with Rand and told him I hated to “destroy his faith”, but that I would look up the this guy’s fanatical allegations and destroy them one by one. Rand took the challenge with his older and younger brothers praying for a miracle. After all, I was a doctor, and he a fourth grader. But, truth be told, I took this challenge very seriously and scurried off to the University’s medical/dental library the very next weekend. When I came home I had egg all over my face, the fanatic in the comic was right. Evolution, turns out, even though it is taught as fact is nothing more than a thesis, a hypothesis, and not a very good one at that.
I won’t bother you with the my life long walk with my Savior, that is well chronicled in my books “Rebirth Pains” and “Roman Baptist”, but I will tell you that for the first time I began to look at the scientist, not science, with a jaundiced eye. And I took what Jesus said with more than a curious glance, I have studied it all of my life, and of the myriad of truths He uttered, perhaps the most important to me was: “The TRUTH will set you free.”

I soon began talking with scientists in my field of dentistry and realized that when truth and money came ‘head to head’, more often than not, money won out. For the most part, if they could get a million dollar grant, they would set aside integrity and set up circumstances in which the manufacture’s toothpaste or mouthwash could make incredible claims.
And this my dear friends happened over and over again throughout my faith, so I abandoned the faith of science, along with its misinformation exemplified in evolution, the AIDS crisis, and abortion. Why did I change so drastically, because I decided that science had been sacrificed at the altar of the almighty dollar.
And folks I am afraid that the ‘science’ of global warming has suffered even a worse fate. I could only have hoped for a ‘Darwin’ to have left behind the damning evidence just uncovered on the global warming hypothesis. What has been uncovered is the equivalent to a letter from St. Peter to St. Paul telling us the resurrection was a hoax. While the White House is feverishly pushing a drastic drawdown on green house gases (CO2), we find that the whole concept of manmade global warming is a hoax. This was leaked last Monday in a story carried by the Washington Post. Having been involved in debates on the above three aspects of ‘scientific data’ for my life time I always found that the facts (TRUTH) were on my side. When challenged with these TRUTHS the first thing the other side did was to denigrate me, and/or my methods of collection, and that they always did it in an angry condescending kind of way. I can remember challenging a physician attached to the University, a so called expert, to a public debate. He basically said he couldn’t be bothered coming to a village to debate merely a ‘dentist’. He knew he was lying, and so he put forth the idea that I was not ‘worthy’ of dialogue in his field of his expertise. This is the same tactic Al Gore used, when he was recently challenged on global warming. First he laughed, then he challenged angrily, after neither worked they shut off the microphone of the challenger. He tells children, those impressionable youngsters, that they know ‘more than their parents’ because they ‘believe’ in global warming. In any other time manmade global warming would have been called ‘faith’, not science. The smoking gun was discovered when thousands of e-mails from the top universities and scholars on global warming were uncovered by an Internet ‘hacker’. In these e-mails the experts candidly admitted that the earth has been cooling for the past ten years, and that they cannot explain why. They also confessed to destroying both scientists and their evidence against manmade greenhouse gases. Now remember, these are not dentists from Medina, New York; they are world renowned scientists whose data this government and the UN has used to change our world’s behavior (economy). Prior to this, the sensitive information had been hidden from authorities even though it was under subpoena from both British and American sources under their Freedom of Information Acts. The ‘scientists’ response has been two fold, first kill the messenger. They do not deny the accuracy of the information, but want it ignored because it was uncovered by an Internet hacker. Moreover, the New York Times refused to print the story because these documents because ‘they were not meant for the public to see’. (After headlines in the Wall Street Journal they have baried it on the second and third pages). Let me get this straight, it is okay to print top secret documents from the CIA which put American lives in danger and give terrorists sensitive information, but not to expose these global warming fanatics?(see Michele Malkin below)
Stop and think of how many billions this lie has cost America (Aren’t you glad you replaced all those light bulbs and bought that unsafe ‘tin can’ in which you transport your family?). Also it is time to understand the goal of this Administration is the ‘punishing of America’. That is why the worldwide bows and apologies have occurred. According to the progressives from which President Obama was spawned, America has used too many resources resulting in the affluence of its middle class. That, according to liberals, is unfair. What is more, rather than attempt to bring the rest of the world to our level via democracy and capitalism, they would rather us be brought down to their level.
Perhaps that is why this president has suddenly decided to address the UN Global Warming Conference in Copenhagen.

It is reported he will push America’s ‘solution’ of cap and trade which promises to diminish Americans in virtually every aspect of their lives, as favorite lobbyists like GE stand to profit by billions. Furthermore, there is very little time before the world understands the scope of the material revealed in these e-mails. So, get out there and buy a safe car and get one that provides better mileage because it is the smart thing to do, but not because it will prevent man made global warming.
Moreover, and perhaps most tragically, how can we any longer believe our government in anything? When our very existence or health is dependent on these people, it is time to stop playing politics. Al Gore has made billions posing as a scientist. He has been awarded the Nobel Peace Prize and an Academy Award for what has been exposed as lies. Yet the main stream media continues to genuflect as he passes by. I maintain, the TRUTH will set us free… if we still have the integrity to embrace it.
And by the way, you ask, what is the TRUTH ABOUT GLOBAL WARMING? I thought you’d never ask. It is the sun which causes both global warming and global cooling? But, you ask, how did a ‘mere dentist’ (disabled at that) from Medina New York figure this out? As my son Dan is fond of asking, “How else could the other planets in our solar system mirror the warming and cooling cycles that the Earth has experienced and continues to experience?” And maybe we should send a note to Al Gore, to the best of my knowledge there are no SUV’s on Mars.

US may probe leaked global warming emails

US Congress may investigate whether prominent scientists who are advocates of global warming theories may have misrepresented the truth about climate change
A few days after leaked email messages appeared on the internet, the US Congress may probe whether prominent scientists who are advocates of global warming theories misrepresented the truth about climate change.
Senator James Inhofe, an Oklahoma Republican, said on Monday the leaked correspondence suggested researchers “cooked the science to make this thing look as if the science was settled, when all the time of course we knew it was not”, according to a transcript of a radio interview posted on his website. Aides for Representative Darrell Issa, a California Republican, are also looking into the disclosure.
The leaked documents come from the Climatic Research Unit of the UK’s University of East Anglia. In global-warming circles, the CRU wields considerable influence: it claims the world’s largest temperature data set, and its work and mathematical models were incorporated into the United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change’s 2007 report. That report, in turn, is what the Environmental Protection Agency acknowledged it “relies on most heavily” when concluding that carbon dioxide emissions endanger public health and should be regulated.

Climategate: the final nail in the coffin of ‘Anthropogenic Global Warming’?

The conspiracy behind the Anthropogenic Global Warming myth (aka AGW; aka ManBearPig) has been suddenly, brutally and quite deliciously exposed after a hacker broke into the computers at the University of East Anglia’s Climate Research Unit (aka CRU) and released 61 megabytes of confidential files onto the internet. When you read some of those files – including 1079 emails and 72 documents – you realise just why the boffins at CRU might have preferred to keep them confidential. As Andrew Bolt puts it, this scandal could well be “the greatest in modern science”. …

Junk science exposed among climate-change believers

Scientific progress depends on accurate and complete data. It also relies on replication. The past couple of days have uncovered some shocking revelations about the baloney practices that pass as sound science about climate change.
It was announced Thursday afternoon that computer hackers had obtained 160 megabytes of e-mails from the Climate Research Unit (CRU) at the University of East Anglia (UEA) in England. Those e-mails involved communication among many scientific researchers and policy advocates with similar ideological positions all across the world. Those purported authorities were brazenly discussing the destruction and hiding of data that did not support global-warming claims.
Professor Phil Jones, the head of the Climate Research Unit, and professor Michael E. Mann at Pennsylvania State University, who has been an important scientist in the climate debate, have come under particular scrutiny. Among his e-mails, Mr. Jones talked to Mr. Mann about the “trick of adding in the real temps to each series … to hide the decline [in temperature].” …
There is a lot of damning evidence about these researchers concealing information that counters their bias. In another exchange, Mr. Jones told Mr. Mann: “If they ever hear there is a Freedom of Information Act now in the UK, I think I’ll delete the file rather than send to anyone” and, “We also have a data protection act, which I will hide behind.” Mr. Jones further urged Mr. Mann to join him in deleting e-mail exchanges about the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change’s (IPCC) controversial assessment report (ARA): “Can you delete any emails you may have had with Keith re [the IPCC's Fourth Assessment Report]?”
In another e-mail, Mr. Jones told Mr. Mann, professor Malcolm K. Hughes of the University of Arizona and professor Raymond S. Bradley of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst: “I’m getting hassled by a couple of people to release the CRU station temperature data. Don’t any of you three tell anybody that the UK has a Freedom of Information Act!” …
Repeatedly throughout the e-mails that have been made public, proponents of global-warming theories refer to data that has been hidden or destroyed. Only e-mails from Mr. Jones’ institution have been made public, and with his obvious approach to deleting sensitive files, it’s difficult to determine exactly how much more information has been lost that could be damaging to the global-warming theocracy and its doomsday forecasts.
We don’t condone e-mail theft by hackers, though these e-mails were covered by Britain’s Freedom of Information Act and should have been released. The content of these e-mails raises extremely serious questions that could end the academic careers of many prominent professors. Academics who have purposely hidden data, destroyed information and doctored their results have committed scientific fraud. …

Justice Department Says Acorn Can Be Paid for Pre-Ban Contracts

WASHINGTON — The Justice Department has concluded that the Obama administration can lawfully pay the community group Acorn for services provided under contracts signed before Congress banned the government from providing money to the group.
The department’s conclusion, laid out in a recently disclosed five-page memorandum from David Barron, the acting assistant attorney general for the Office of Legal Counsel, adds a new wrinkle to a sharp political debate over the antipoverty group’s activities and recent efforts to distance the government from it.
Since 1994, Acorn, which stands for the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now, has received about $53 million in federal aid, much of it grants from the Department of Housing and Urban Development for providing various services related to affordable housing.
But the group has become a prime target for conservative critics, and on Oct. 1, President Obama signed into law a spending bill that included a provision that said no taxpayer money — including money authorized by previous legislation — could be “provided to” the group or its affiliates.
A Housing and Urban Development Department lawyer asked the Justice Department whether the new law meant that pre-existing contracts with Acorn should be broken. And in a memorandum signed Oct. 23 and posted online this week, Mr. Barron said the government should continue to make payments to Acorn as required by such contracts.
The new law “should not be read as directing or authorizing HUD to breach a pre-existing binding contractual obligation to make payments to Acorn or its affiliates, subsidiaries or allied organizations where doing so would give rise to contractual liability,” Mr. Barron wrote…

Obama Union Rules… A federal agency rips up 75 years of labor policy.
The National Mediation Board, which oversees labor relations in the air and rail industry, this month moved to overturn 75 years of labor policy.
The board plans to stack the deck for organized labor in union elections. Under a proposed rule, unions would no longer have to get the approval of a majority of airline workers to achieve certification. Not even close. Instead, a union could win just by getting a majority of the employees who vote. Thus, if only 1,000 of 10,000 flight attendants vote in a union election, and 501 vote for certification, the other 9,499 become unionized.
This radical break with precedent is the handiwork of President Obama’s appointees to the three-member board: Harry Hoglander, once president of a pilots union, and Linda Puchala, former president of the Association of Flight Attendants… Ms. Dougherty noted such “arbitrary” and “exclusionary” behavior (we’d call it thuggish) has never been the norm at the agency. Her Democratic colleagues’ frantic rush to change a 75-year-old rule “gives the impression that the Board has prejudged this issue,” and is trying to “influence the outcome of several very large and important representation cases currently pending.”
Indeed. The AFL-CIO letter was inspired by Delta’s acquisition of Northwest. Northwest was largely unionized but Delta wasn’t. The unions are now struggling to win the requirednew elections, and they want the Mediation Board to manipulate the rules in their favor. It is growing clear that Ms. Puchala and Mr. Hoglander are in on the game. So too, presumably, are the folks who appointed them.

Turkeys of the year

As we gather round the Thanksgiving table, bow our heads in prayer and feast on the holiday bird, it is only fitting to take a moment to fete the unforgettable turkeys of 2009.

1. The stimulus. Back in February, I wrote that if the trillion-dollar stimulus plan were a Thanksgiving dinner entree, it would be a Turbaconducken… President Obama declared it pork-free and has stubbornly touted its job creation benefits for out-of-work Americans.

2. President O-bow-ma. The candidate who pledged to restore America’s standing in the world couldn’t figure out how to stay standing in front of world leaders. In April, he crouched before Saudi King Abdullah. This month, he provoked global derision when he broke protocol and performed a spineless blunder in front of the Japanese emperor…The left complained that George W. Bush was too much of a cowboy on the global stage. It’s better than having a waterboy.

3. Green jobs czar Van Jones. This deep-fried turkey was recruited by Team Obama’s Chicago consigliere Valerie Jarrett, who boasted about recruiting the Marxist rabble-rouser from Oakland. He openly crusaded to free Philadelphia death row cop-killer Mumia Abu-Jamal, bashed capitalism with radical revolutionary rhetoric, and signed a 9/11 conspiracy petition that he meekly disavowed in a botched attempt to save his job. Jones is now at the Center for American Progress, run by Obama transition official and Democratic operative John Podesta.

The other turkey in the story, Val Jarrett, escaped unscathed and went on to push the Obamas into their failed crony campaign for the 2016 Olympics bid in Copenhagen — a taxpayer-funded, hubris-infused debacle that ties with Van Jones for third biggest turkey of the year. Rio got the Games. America got a closer look at the pay-for-play patrons, power brokers and developers in the Windy City who have put an indelible Chicago stamp on the Potomac.

4. The New York Times. Scooped by Fox News, conservative blogs and talk radio on the exploding ACORN scandal… The Times’ lead environmental blogger, Andrew Revkin, haughtily refused to reprint damning e-mails leaked by a hacker in the burgeoning “ClimateGate” scandal. The documents reveal a long trail of manipulated data, but Revkin balked at the ill-gotten trove. The blabbermouths at the Times had no problem exposing national security secrets to undermine Bush. But shed light on scientific hoaxes that undermine Al Gore? Unethical!

5. Tea Party-bashers. Millions of ordinary, peaceful Americans joined the Tea Party movement to revolt against big government, backroom deals and the Beltway culture of corruption. For their exercise of free speech and free assembly, they were smeared nationwide. Tossing in a quite vulgar profanity (nothing new for her), Hollywood has-been Janeane Garofalo described them as “racist” and “backward.” SEIU labor thug Dennis Rivera accused them of “terrorist tactics.” CNN anchor Anderson Cooper used a vulgar sexual epithet to describe them. Team Obama’s astroturfers declared all-out war on them.

For refusing to sit down and shut up in the face of such unhinged bigotry, and for exposing the foulness of the political fowl, I have two words for them: Thank you.

all over the country. A humble man without a political bone in his body,

Dear President Obama,

My name is Harold Estes, approaching 95 on December 13 of this year. People meeting me for the first time don’t believe my age because I remain wrinkle free and pretty much mentally alert.

I enlisted in the U.S. Navy in 1934 and served proudly before, during and after WW II retiring as a Master Chief Bos’n Mate. Now I live in a “rest home” located on the western end of Pearl Harbor, allowing me to keep alive the memories of 23 years of service to my country.

One of the benefits of my age, perhaps the only one, is to speak my mind, blunt and direct even to the head man.

So here goes.

I am amazed, angry and determined not to see my country die before I do, but you seem hell bent not to grant me that wish.

I can’t figure out what country you are the president of.
You fly around the world telling our friends and enemies despicable lies like:
” We’re no longer a Christian nation”
” America is arrogant” – (Your wife even
announced to the world,”America is mean-
spirited. ” Please tell her to try preaching

war dead buried all over the globe who
died for no other reason than to free a
whole lot of strangers from tyranny and

I’d say shame on the both of you, but I don’t think you like America, nor do I see an ounce of gratefulness in anything you do, for the obvious gifts this country has given you. To be without shame or gratefulness is a dangerous thing for a man sitting in the White House.

After 9/11 you said,” America hasn’t lived up to her ideals.”

Which ones did you mean? Was it the notion of personal liberty that 11,000 farmers and shopkeepers died for to win independence from the British? Or maybe the ideal that no man should be a slave to another man, that 500,000 men died for in the Civil War? I hope you didn’t mean the ideal 470,000 fathers, brothers, husbands, and a lot of fellas I knew personally died for in WWII, because we felt real strongly about not letting any nation push us around, because we stand for freedom.

I don’t think you mean the ideal that says equality is better than discrimination. You know the one that a whole lot of white people understood when they helped to get you elected.

Take a little advice from a very old geezer, young man.

Shape up and start acting like an American. If you don’t, I’ll do what I can to see you get shipped out of that fancy rental on Pennsylvania Avenue. You were elected to lead not to bow, apologize and kiss the hands of murderers and corrupt leaders who still treat their people like slaves.

And just who do you think you are telling the American people not to jump to conclusions and condemn that Muslim major who killed 13 of his fellow soldiers and wounded dozens more. You mean you don’t want us to do what you did when that white cop used force to subdue that black college professor in Massachusetts, who was putting up a fight? You don’t mind offending the police calling them stupid but you don’t want us to offend Muslim fanatics by calling them what they are, terrorists.

One more thing. I realize you never served in the military and never had to defend your country with your life, but you’re the Commander-in-Chief now, son. Do your job. When your battle-hardened field General asks you for 40,000 more troops to complete the mission, give them to him. But if you’re not in this fight to win, then get out. The life of one American soldier is not worth the best political strategy you’re thinking of.

You could be our greatest president because you face the greatest challenge ever presented to any president.
You’re not going to restore American greatness by bringing back our bloated economy. That’s not our greatest threat. Losing the heart and soul of who we are as Americans is our big fight now.
And I sure as hell don’t want to think my president is the enemy in this final battle.

On Tuesday, the Senate health committee voted 12-11 in favor of a
two-page amendment courtesy of Republican Tom Coburn that would
require all Members and their staffs to enroll in any new
government-run health plan. It took me less than a minute to sign up
to require our congressmen and senators to drink at the same trough!
Three cheers for Congressman John Fleming of Louisiana!

Congressman John Fleming (Louisiana physician) has proposed an
amendment that would require congressmen and senators to take the same
healthcare plan they force on us (under proposed legislation they are
curiously exempt).

Congressman Fleming is encouraging people to go on his Website and
sign his petition (very simple – just first, last and email). I have
immediately done just that at:

Please urge as many people as you can to do the same!

If Congress forces this on the American people, the Congressmen should have to accept the same level of health care for themselves and their

Q: ‘Officer — who provided this description?’
A: ‘The officer who responded to the scene.’

Q: ‘A fellow officer provided the description of this so-called offender. Do you trust your fellow officers?’

Q: ‘With your life? Let me ask you this then officer. Do you have a room where you change your clothes in preparation for your daily duties?’
